Wholesale Terms and Conditions

All Wholesale Customers (hereafter known as WC) must create a customer account on the T&H Fiber Works website and submit both a completed Wholesale Application, and a completed Sales Tax Exemption Certificate for their state.  Once received and approved, the WC will be set up by T&H Fiber Works (hereafter known as THFW) as a wholesale customer.  

The wholesale pricing discount is 40% off of the normal retail price.  All wholesale orders must consist of a minimum of $300 of products from at least one of the following collections - Dyed to Order, Yarn Bowls and Spinners, and/or Project Bags.  Items from the Spinning Fiber, Gift, and Stitch Marker sections may be added to an order but do not count towards the $300 minimum.

Pricing on the T&H Fiber Works website may change without notice.  

Orders must be paid in full, excluding shipping, when they are placed.  Acceptable methods of payment are PayPal, Credit Card, Money Order, or Cashiers Check. 

Orders canceled by the WC are non-refundable.  Orders or parts of orders, canceled by THFW will receive a full refund for for any products not yet shipped. Due to the nature of the products THFW sells, returns cannot be accepted.  Should issues arise, THFW will work with the WC to find a mutually agreeable solution. The WC may request that a specific carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) be used for delivery.  In absence of a specified carrier, THFW will use the lowest cost method to deliver that offers both insurance and order tracking.

Wholesale orders do not qualify for free shipping but the WC should select the free shipping option at checkout.  Shipping fees will be calculated when the order is ready to be shipped.  Orders will ship after shipping costs have been paid in full by the WC.  The WC has the option, if pre-arranged, to pick up the order at a festival THFW attends to save on shipping costs.

All yarn and fiber is hand dyed in small batches.  As a result, the website images are only representative and there will always be variation in the finished product.  Orders can take up to three weeks before they are ready to be shipped.  THFW will contact the WC if the order will exceed three weeks lead time before it is ready to ship.

The WC has the option to request THFW create a custom color way for them.  Custom color ways must be ordered in batches of 6 or more per yarn base and will remain exclusive to the WC provided said customer orders a minimum of 36 skeins of the custom color way per year.

The WC will have the option to be placed on the Where to Buy page of the THFW web site for at least one year after the most recent order.  The WC can provide any or all of the following:  a logo, a link to their shop, email address, phone number, and address.  The WC may also request to be removed from the THFW web site at any time. THFW may remove a WC from this page at any time.
