Shipping policy

Orders are shipped as soon as possible, usually within 3 business days.  If there will be a delay we will inform you as soon as we can.  Please feel free to email us at heather@thfiberworks with any questions about your order.  Orders over $35 ship for free via First Class mail in the US.  Priority mail shipping is available at an additional fee.

Most orders will be shipped in waterproof envelopes.  Large orders that do not fit in waterproof envelopes will be packaged in ziplock bags, then boxed to protect your purchase should your package sit out in the weather.
