Refund policy

We try to make our photos are representative of the yarn as possible.  If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase let us know within 7 days of receiving it.  We will exchange or refund (minus shipping) your purchase after it is received back, clean, unwound, and unused.  Yarn that smells like smoke is considered to be dirty and will not be refunded due to health issues.
